The HDZ is an Asphalt shingle with a high dimensional wood-shake look WITH, the industry's widest nail zone. While the UHDZ is a thick, ultra-dimensional wood-shake look in an asphalt shingle with Dual Shadow Line for added depth.

Shingle Roof Prep
First, we use tarps and EQUIPTER to protect your yard and flower beds. Then, we carefully remove your existing roof or roofing material.

Check Decking
We check your existing roof decking to ensure it is solid and replace any rotted wood. We also make sure the wood decking is still solidly nailed down and your ridge has the correct opening for ventilation.

Protect
We add ICE and WATER GUARD along your roof gutter edge, valleys, and any low slope; then we add a quality Synthetic UNDERLAYMENT on the rest of your roof.

Install
We install GAF or other quality Shingles starting with a starter shingle around your entire roof edge which has a sticking tar strip that ensures your shingles don't come loose ,next we add shingles and flashings (ex. step flashing ,chimney flashing ,pipe boots. Last we put on LO-OMNI ridge vent to ensure your attic has proper ventilation covering it with ridge caps.

Clean-Up
CLEAN-UP is a TOP PRIORITY. We clean up the tarps and shingle scrap pieces, using powerful magnets on wheels to pick up any nails that could have slipped onto the flower beds and yards. We haul away all the trash. Our mission is to have your place look the same as before we started.
